Ingredients

1-2 frozen bananas
6-8 strawberries, fresh or frozen
Strawberry banana nectar to taste (Tip: Substitute with orange or apple juice)
1 tbsp-1 cup of strawberry, strawberry banana, or black cherry yogurt

Directions

Put bananas on the bottom of the blender, add nectar and blend slightly.

Add in the other ingredients and more juice if needed; blend until smooth.

To keep your smoothie smooth, don’t use too much juice.
